https://twitter.com/i/status/1071473329607970817 -- This is the last update of the game online. Yes, I toned down that CRT shader in the gameplay. Actually, you can hardly tell it's a CRT shader because of resolution scaling, but that light reflection is a part of it. As if it's an actual glass screen, ya know?
Hello everyone! Most of you probably don't know this because of my abismally small fanbase here on... In general, actually. *Worlds saddest violen song plays*
Really, though, I'm going to be releasing a game soon, titled Machine Minds. It's a top down tower defense game with an 80's tech theme with simulated CRT and animated VHS shaders, enemies that appear to be computer components, etc. You mine for resources and build towers to defeat them. It's a relatively simple game. Depth comes from towers, as you have to chain them together in creative ways (where their placement is locked to a grid without allowance for overlap), in order to take out the larger wave of enemies that inevitably come to rek your unprepared ass like you're my drunk wife after a candlelit dinner.
I need testers. Email me, or shoot me a message here, baby. The email is: TheChayed@Gmail.com
Don't miss out at the chance to get your voice in before every other troll here. That being said, all testers and early youtube players get their names in the credits. If you miss out, you aren't special. Go home.
